Bat Shape Analysis

Every model offered by RockBats has undergone a strict set of quality assurance checks using computer-aided engineering software.  We started with traditional bat shapes, and analyzed them to determine their durability.

Advanced stress-analysis techniques, as shown above, were used to determine stresses in the handle.  If the stresses are too high, we either have to increase dimensions slightly, or require a higher grade of wood for that bat shape. 

The final component is on-field testing, which means that the bat must possess great balance and feel and "pop" for the serious player.
