Is this RockBats technology for real?

We all know that hitting a baseball on the sweet spot of a baseball bat is the best.

From vibration tests, we found that:

Hitting just 3" away from the sweet spot (inside or outside) can produce 3 times higher vibration in the handle.

Hitting 5" to 6" away from the sweet spot can produce more than 5 times higher vibration in the handle.
